This page explains the platform’s current data handling in plain language. Formal legal details should be reviewed for the final operating company and jurisdiction before commercial launch.
Data we process
Account identifiers and email information supplied through sign-in; seller applications; public seller profile data; private messages; provider reports; uploaded evidence; and administrative review decisions.
Why we use it
To operate accounts, review sellers, display approved profiles, provide conversations, investigate reports, prevent abuse, publish moderated warnings, and maintain platform security.
Public and private information
Approved seller profile fields are public. Private messages, pending applications, reports, and uploaded evidence are restricted to authorized participants or the admin as applicable. Evidence is not published automatically.
Retention and deletion
Records may be retained while needed for platform operation, disputes, safety, and legal obligations. Requests concerning personal data can be sent to info@toolsbyhonest.com.
Service providers
Hosting, authentication, database, and file-storage infrastructure process data on behalf of the platform. Additional providers must be listed here if added later.
